Brampton Bryan, England
The Smithy Studio opened it's door Easter 2018 after undergoing refurbishment through a long and tough winter. It was a labour of love, and the result is a cosy welcoming interior. Showcasing local makers, contemporary craft and English rustic homewares.
Smithy Studio is set within an old blacksmith's forge nestled amongst the rolling hills of Shropshire, on the edge of the Welsh Marches and in the heart of Brampton Bryan. The forge is unique and provides a fitting backdrop in which to showcase a plethora of talented makers, and the Smithy Studio shows some of the best.
We work with local makers, supporting craftspeople and their work. We offer a selection of carefully chosen ceramics, textiles and lighting.
We aim to stock beautiful and timeless pieces and enjoy things that function well. We believe in honest craftsmanship and the use of natural sustainable materials. We are in pursuit of unique well made pieces for our studio.
